Nella <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NiY_cOXqzDc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video lezione<\/a><\/strong> per gli studenti del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazioneunipolis.org\/site\/progetti\/o-r-a-open-road-alliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Progetto O.R.A.<\/strong><\/a>, il Prof. <strong>Luca Studer<\/strong> del <strong>Politecnico di Milano<\/strong> individua 5 aspetti da considerare quando si parla di auto del futuro: la <strong><em>sicurezza stradale<\/em><\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong><em>occupazione del suolo in ambito ur\u200bbano<\/em><\/strong>, la <strong><em>congestione e fluidit\u00e0 del traffico<\/em><\/strong>, lo <strong><em>sviluppo urbano<\/em><\/strong> del territorio delle citt\u00e0 e l&#8217;<strong><em>inquinamento<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Luca Studer considera poi quali sono i freni pi\u00f9 forti che rallentano lo sviluppo di questo modello di mobilit\u00e0, a partire dai <strong>temi etici<\/strong>. Si pensi alle situazioni in cui l&#8217;auto a guida autonoma non potr\u00e0 evitare un incidente e dovr\u00e0 fare una scelta, ad esempio, se tutelare i suoi passeggeri o altri utenti della strada. Proprio su questi aspetti, il <strong>MIT &#8211; Massachusetts Institute of Technology<\/strong> di Boston ha realizzato la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moralmachine.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Moral Machine<\/strong><\/a>, un software attraverso il quale ognuno di noi pu\u00f2 indicare le \u201cscelte&#8221; che dovrebbe fare l&#8217;auto a guida autonoma in determinate situazioni. Stanno emergendo cos\u00ec a livello mondiale delle <strong>sensibilit\u00e0 spesso molto diverse<\/strong> di cui dovranno tenere conto i costruttori di auto.<\/p>\n<p>Altro aspetto analizzato da Studer \u00e8 la criticit\u00e0 della <strong>fase di transizione<\/strong>, quella cio\u00e8 in cui i veicoli connessi e autonomi saranno in strada assieme a quelli di vecchia generazione. L&#8217;impossibil\u200bit\u00e0 dello <strong>scambio di informazioni <\/strong>tra questi veicoli oltre che la <strong>fuga di dati<\/strong> e l&#8217;<strong>hackeraggio<\/strong> sono\u00a0aspetti\u00a0fondamentali da considerare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Noi siamo pronti<\/strong>?\u00a0La\u00a0Commissione Europea ha elaborato <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sicurstrada.it\/Risorse\/ethics_of_connected_and_automated_vehicles_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20 raccomandazioni<\/a><\/strong> in termini di\u00a0\u200bprivacy e responsabilit\u00e0\u00a0oltre che di rischi quando si parla di veicoli connessi, vulnerabili per natura\u00a0ai cyber attacks.<\/p>\n<p>E per ultimo, <strong>le nostre citt\u00e0 sono pronte<\/strong>? L&#8217;auto autonoma pu\u00f2 <strong>stravolgere le politiche della mobilit\u00e0<\/strong> attualmente in atto in molte delle nostre comunit\u00e0: modelli di mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile spesso conquistati con fatica dove \u00e8 stata favorita la pedonalit\u00e0, la ciclabilit\u00e0 e l&#8217;uso mirato delle auto.
